Parish Lunches are organised at roughly 2-monthly interval. These take place usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday or a Thursday at a local venue. The average attendance is about 20 diners. The venues are chosen for their quality and value for money. Transport can be arranged. A request to hire the Hall should be made via the online booking form below.
If it is deemed that the Hall is available for a particular function after submission of the application form, a £20 non-refundable deposit will be payable.
The Parish Fabric & Finance Group resolved that the Parish Hall may only be hired out for private functions to parishioners, that is, to those who regularly attend Mass at St. Clare's. Hiring out of the Hall is completely at the discretion of the Fabric & Finance Group and / or the Parish Priest.
The chaplaincy team works as part of the overall health care team, but in particular within the Chaplaincy department. We seek to create an environment in which individual needs can be recognised and valued.
