Once again this year, our parish primary school, led us in a Service of Thanksgiving for God's gifts to us that we recall especially at Harvest Time.
In their own inimitable way, through song and poetry, readings and prayers, the boys and girls reminded us that all good things come from God. With our cooperation we receive the fruits of the earth. The girls and boys helped us to recall that the best way of saying thank you for the many blessings that God has given us is to share our resources. The parents of the children donated a huge amount of gifts that will be shared with the poorer members of our community and the elderly / housebound. The head teacher will lead a number of pupils to distribute these gifts.
